Snack time!

Okay so it's no secret, I LOVE food! Who doesn't? I am definitely the epitome of "Hungry Girl" and love those daily emails I get - thanks to Jess!

So I thought I would share some of my favorite waistline-friendly snacks!

Fiberful fruit bars from Trader Joe's. They taste like candy but have only 60 calories, 6 grams of fiber, and zero fat. I'm addicted to these things!

Mini Babybel Light cheese. Only 50 calories, 6 grams of protein, and 20% of the day's recommended calcium. These are delicious and I keep them in the fridge at work so I always have snacks on hand. The spreadable versions are also amazing!

Anything Vitalicious! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

All natural dark chocolate peanut butter is heaven. And it's a good source of healthy fats and protein, as long as I don't eat the entire jar in one sitting!

What are some of your favorite snacks?

Ok, soooooo helpful!!! I need to head to TJ to get the fiberful bars.....are they filling? DO you feel less hungry if you munch one one? I am also intrigued by babybel, but am afraid I would eat like.....8 of them. Haha. I do string cheese though, so I should try babybel. AND.....holy canoli, batman, I need some of that pb and chocolate.....how delicious would it be with jelly?? A PBJ&C!!

Super helpful post, Jamie!

Jamie, have you seen the "bits and pieces" of fiberful bars?!! They're hard to find, but if your TJs ever has them, buy them! They're just what they sound like - the bits and pieces of the actual bars that didn't make it as bars. Personally, I think they taste better than an actual bar.

Babybel cheese are delicious - do you like Laughing Cow?

Oh Jess I love Laughing Cow too! I pretty much love anything with cheese : )

Abby, the Fiberful bars are filling for what they are (only 60 calories) but they also totally satisfy my sweet tooth! I will mail you some so you can try them if you don't have any at your TJ's!

Oh and how did I forgot, I've never seen the "bits and pieces" Jess but now I'm totally intrigued!!! I must ask next time I make a trip there. I always love how everyone at TJ's is so helpful. It's definitely one of my favorite stores if not my favorite!
