Ashley

Hey! I'm Ashley from Vancouver, BC. I'm currently working on a 30-day challenge to get me back at the gym and forming a routine. I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds by August by working out regularly and maintaining a healthy diet. I'm looking forward to having the support of my long distance friends.
