Andi-Working on it

So I've been working out and I've noticed some fantastic results! My outer thighs are looking great, my inner ones are still a tad flabby, but I'm sure eventually they'll tone from all of my running.
I've been trying to run between 3-4 each day. And I've been doing an ab workout before bed each night and some pushups.
My eating habits aren't the best at the moment, but I'm just trying to eat all of the food I have at my apartment so I don't have to leave it at my parents.
In a couple of weeks, I'll be gone and unable to update for awhile, but when I'm back hopefully I'll jump right back on track.

Great job on the ab work out! I HATE ab workouts haha.....because I have weak abs! Haha good for you Andi!

Good for you! I despise ab workouts. What does your ab workout consist of?

It's an ab workout our captain taught us that he used to prepare for ranger school. It's sets of 20 or so of flutterkicks, good morning darlings, 90 degree crunches, right over left crunches, left over right crunches, obliques, leg lifts, standard army sit-ups and then I added on something my friend taught me called hollow bodies. It's ridiculously intense, but I really hope it helps me max sit-ups.
